For those of you who don’t like using paint, paper, or crafts overall, we’ve created instructions for a Lego version of Carlo Acutis, based on their popular line Brickheadz. This design captures a minimalistic version of the soon-to-be Saint using fewer than 200 individual parts.

- Build the legs

2. Use two 4×4 square plates for the bottom of the body

3. Find the next pieces above

4. Arrange as shown above

5. Find the next five pieces, 3 bricks, 2 plates

6. Add more to the body

7. Find pieces for the arms

8. Assemble one arm on each side

9. Gather pieces for the neck

10. Stack them for the neck

11. Find pieces for the head

12. Assemble sets of three as shown

13. Use two matching sets on one side

14. And the other two on the other side

15. Gather pieces for the face

16. Put together the face

17. Put the face on the head
18. Attach the black hair pieces (shown in the rendering)
19. Add the sticker for the shirt (download below)
Like all Brickheadz, it starts with a standard structure that you can find directions for on Lego.com.
Before adding the final touches for the face, hair and clothing, you can reference our parts list and rendered image above.
Since it’s not entirely likely that you have the piece we used from BrickLink Studio’s part catalog, we’ve also included a printable sticker image to add to the 1×4 brick used for his shirt. Just download it and paste it into any document you have formatted to print on label or sticker sheets.
My teenage son created this set for me, just so I could post it here. If you want to line his wallet for his efforts, he sells new and used Lego parts on his Brick Link shop Bin of Storage.
